Delivery & Return

We inform you about the estimated delivery time of your order in the order overview as well as in your order confirmation via email - however, this time may vary depending on the selected items and the shipping method.

Deliveries are generally only possible within Switzerland. Shipping costs are calculated according to Swiss Post rates and based on the weight and dimensions of the package and can vary between 7 and 25 francs by parcel service within Switzerland. Deliveries by parcel service are free of shipping costs for orders over 100 CHF.

The delivery time is 1 to 2 working days.

At Super Kids, you can shop without risk. You can revoke your order within 14 days without stating reasons by returning the goods. The period begins upon receipt of the goods. To meet the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the goods in time.

The prerequisite for withdrawal is that the items are unused, complete, and in perfect original packaging.

1. First, notify us of the return at info@super-kids.ch within the return period.

2. Record the product condition and order number.

3. Print out the return request received by email from us and submit the return.

Refund method - to the same payment method or to the same credit balance in the shop.

In the event of an effective withdrawal, the services received on both sides must be returned. If you cannot return the received service in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must provide us with compensation to this extent.

Who bears the cost of return?

You have to bear the costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 10 days of calculation. The purchase contract is dissolved after the return of the goods, and we will refund any payments already made by bank transfer within 10 days.
